S-ASM-CC Physics Engine

A six-layer first-principles computational model exploring selective cancer-cell destruction through low-intensity pulsed ultrasound and coupled physical mechanisms.

Problem

Connect the physics chain

The engine decomposes a complex therapeutic hypothesis into coupled computational layers so assumptions and intermediate quantities can be inspected rather than hidden behind a single black-box result.

Architecture

Six layers

  • Acoustic field
  • Bubble nucleation
  • Water sonolysis / ROS
  • Blackbody emission
  • Multi-bubble cloud
  • Pan-cancer targeting
Evidence

Literature-grounded computation

The repository documents scientific references, intermediate calculations and comparisons to published observations. Nine cancer types are represented in the current model through tissue/cell parameters documented in the project.

Critical limitation: This is computational research, not a clinical device and not evidence of clinical efficacy. The repository explicitly positions the engine as a model requiring experimental and wet-lab validation.
